This house is located in a beautiful sylvan sought after area: very quiet and still very close to Venice downtown, restaurants and shops. It has a new roof (2023), new AC (2023), new double pain windows (2024), new pool filter and pump (2024). The pool screen was installed in 2020, updated and fully paid off solar panels keep the pool heated when necessary. No carpet in the house! The new Spanish tile floors were installed in 2023. The outside of the house is freshly repainted (2025). New appliances: refrigerator, washer and dryer (2024). All the ducts have been moved to the attic. Not in a flood zone and was never flooded! You are less than 10 minutes (2 miles) away from downtown and a 10 minute drive (3 miles) from the famous Venice beaches. You will have access to the resort-style community life: community pool and clubhouse, tennis and pickle ball courts, cricket and football fields, community dock and boat and kayak slips.
